Työnantajien Q&A-sessioissa voit kysellä tarjolla olevista työ- ja harjoittelupaikoista sekä niiden hakemisesta. Ilmoittaudu sessioihin, joihin haluat osallistua, mutta voit osallistua myös ilmoittautumatta klikkaamalla session linkkiä. Tunnin aikana voit piipahtaa useammassa.

Huom! Nokia, Vantaan kaupunki ja Demos Helsinki ovat peruneet Q&A-sessionsa. Ilmoittautumisen yhteydessä olevasta valikosta niitä ei valitettavasti enää saa poistettua.

Tässä muutama vinkki työnantajien tapaamiseen Q&A-sessiossa:

1. Klikkaa itsesi linkistä tapahtumaan. Voit osallistua selaimella tai puhelimen sovelluksella. Käytä mielellään kameraa ja mikrofonia.
2. Mieti etukäteen kysymys tai pari, joita haluat esittää työnantajalle. Jos linkissä on käynnissä työnantajan esittely tai muu keskustelu, esitä kysymyksesi vasta sen päätyttyä. Työnantajalla voi olla sessiossa myös omia lisäohjeita.
3. Ole valmis esittelemään itsesi lyhyesti.

In the employers' Q&A sessions, you can ask about available jobs and traineeships and how to apply for them. Register for the sessions you want to participate in, but you can also participate without registering by clicking on the session link. During the hour, you can visit in several.

Note! Nokia, the City of Vantaa and Demos Helsinki have cancelled their Q&A sessions. Unfortunately, these options cannot be removed from registration.

3. Be prepared to shortly introduce yourself.

Sosiaali- ja terveysministeriö

City of Helsinki

The City of Helsinki is the largest employer in Finland. Across our four divisions and central administration, we employ approximately 38,000 professionals and experts in various fields.For students and recent graduates, we offer, for example, summer jobs and internships.

Every summer, around 3,500 summer workers are employed by the city. The application period for summer jobs starts in January or February.

We collaborate with many educational institutions and universities, offering various internships for students. Higher education internships at the city last 3 to 6 months and are targeted at students pursuing a higher degree. The salary for a higher education intern is 1,786 euros per month. The typical duration of the internship is three months. If the studies include mandatory internships (e.g., for psychology students), the internship can be arranged for five or six months.

The Helsinki Trainee program is designed to help you grow into an expert in your field through interesting work alongside your studies. The application period for the City of Helsinki’s trainee program is twice a year: in October and at the end of April or early May. You can apply to our trainee program if you are studying for a higher university degree (e.g., a master's degree or a higher university of applied sciences degree) and are close to finishing your studies, or if you have graduated within the past year.

You can set up a job alert to track available summer job or internship opportunities. This will send you an email notification when a suitable position opens.
