Goal Mapping Workshop

In the workshop we work on and give concrete form to our personal goals. The process combines writing and drawing, allowing us to engage our creative side in visualizing and clarifying our objectives.

The work progresses through several phases: dreaming, organizing ideas, drawing, recognizing emotional motivations, scheduling, and identifying concrete actions as well as possible supportive people.

Participants will work on their own individual goals. At the end, there will be an opportunity to share reflections about the method.

No prior preparation is required for the workshop.
